Manifesto

Operating system, v0. Foundurrs do not ship versions. We ship vibes.

We are not a community. We are a protocol for self-regard.

This is the document you will screenshot and call a culture deck. Print it. Hang it over the standing desk. Do not read it twice. Reading twice is for people who still have doubts.

Article I — Identity

A Foundurr is not a founder. A founder builds something other people use. A Foundurr builds a story in which they are inevitable. The story is the company. The company is the bio. The bio is the product.

If you have to tell people you are a genius, you are a Foundurr. If other people tell people you are a genius, you might still be a Foundurr. We do not do peer review. We do testimonials.

Article II — The Deck

A pitch deck is a product. Ten slides is a company. The TAM slide is a spiritual document. If your market is smaller than the population of Earth, you are thinking too small and we will need to have a conversation about abundance mindset.

Never put a price on slide four. Price is a trailing indicator of people who do not understand the vision. The vision is that they will pay later, once they have been educated.

Article III — Traction

A waitlist is traction. A screenshot of a waitlist is a Series A metric. A friend who said “I’d use that” is a design partner. Your mom opening the link is an activation. Revenue is a nice-to-have for the people who peaked at execution.

Article IV — The Team

You are the CEO. ChatGPT is Head of Product. A cousin is Growth. The Figma file is your co-founder and it has more equity than anyone who has actually shown up. When someone asks how many people you have, say “we’re keeping it lean” and look out the window like you can see the future from here.

Article V — Language

We are not a dating app. We are a human connection protocol.

We are not a to-do list. We are an operating system for ambition.

We are not late. The market is not ready.

We did not fail. We collected data.

We are not selling a course. We are scaling a methodology.

If a sentence can be shorter, make it longer and add “at scale.”

Article VI — The Calendar

Sleep is for operators. Foundurrs have morning routines. The routine has a name. The name has a newsletter. The newsletter has a paid tier. The paid tier has no archive because yesterday’s genius is already deprecated.

Article VII — Capital

The first check is from you. Call it a pre-seed. The second check is also from you, after you moved money from the savings account and told the group chat you closed an angel. If a real investor asks what you do, pivot before the sentence is over.

Article VIII — The Customer

The customer is wrong until they pay. Then they are an early adopter who does not get the vision. Thank them publicly. Ignore them privately. Build the roadmap from a tweet that performed.

Closing argument

If you came here to be roasted and stayed to take notes, congratulations. You are a Foundurr. The title was always free. The joke is that you thought it was a club.

— The Foundurr Board, which is also just you.
